'Mount' overcame a slow start in the latest round of the UoB Premier League to beat fellow CFAP student Matt Brindley and claim the all important bragging rights to Studio 206.
After making a good start to the match with consistent scores, Needles wasted the opportunity to go one up with wayward finishing. However, Mount made the task of checking out 16 and breaking the throw just as painful as Matt had, who was growing increasingly more frustrated as he struggled to get out of the madhouse!
Fortunate to be leading, Mount raised his game in the following two legs, first to guarantee himself at least a point from the match and then the win with back to back sub 30 legs. In his last two matches Mount had failed to win the fourth leg after being 3-0 up. Although the last leg was even throughout with each exchange of throw, Mount made no mistake on double 10 to conclude the match and the whitewash.
