Double Trouble for the Hitman

Jason 'The Architect' Coe: 4
William 'The Hitman' Burley: 0

After hitting the first 180 of his career the Hitman could have been excused for feeling confident going into a match against the newly nicknamed Jason 'The Architect' Coe. With both players scoring highly in the first leg it was the accuracy of Jason's doubles that won him the opener - checking out at the first time of asking. Again more high scoring in the second left the Hitman ahead by over 100, but several missed opportunities prevented Will from making an immediate reply. Instead when Jason eventually got down to double 8 there was no mistaking his aim. The Architect clearly wasn’t here for a share of the points and the third leg was won in emphatic style, coming down from 164 in just four darts. With the final leg to play the Hitman was left feeling like there was a price on his head, with the Architect finishing comfortably to take the game 4-0.

Stats - Scoring:
Jason 'The Architect' Coe - 3 x 100+
William 'The Hitman' Burley - 1x 100+

Stats - Legs Under 30 Darts:
