After watching his beloved Blues crash out of the Champions League on Tuesday night at the hands of a former boss, J-Bird is hit hard by Mount in his opening league game of the season. John struck first in a somewhat nervy first leg, eventually hitting double 10 after missing a handful of darts at tops. Mount proved much more convincing in the second leg, following it up with another sub-30 dart leg in the third to secure the win and two precious points.
However, with his opponent making a slow start in the fourth, J-Bird hit his first ton of the match and stretched out a healthy lead. Once at double, Jack quickly closed the game with an impressive 25 dart leg - much to the enjoyment of his watching girlfriend.
