UK Universities Darts Singles Tournament

A one day tournament to determine the best individual player from all UK universities. The tournament will take place at the Liverpool Guild of Students in the Mountford Hall.

There is an entry fee of £4 to play but there will be a cash prize, the inaugural winner's trophy and the title of UK Universities Darts Singles Tournament Champion for the winner.

The tournament is open to all abilities and will features group stages ensuring that participants will be playing in more than one game on the day. After the group games, there will be plenty of reasons to stick around. Either take part in the raffles, play a few friendly games of darts against other universities or sit back and watch the action.

The entrance fee will cover all the set up costs, a goody bag, prize money and of course a great time! We're hoping it to also cover a professional player exhibition/celebrity and also food for the day but this depends on us securing sponsors. The more people who sign up, the better the day as we can attract more and more sponsors.

This looks like a fantastic opportunity - I myself registered the other day and will be competing in Liverpool on 21st November. I'm really eager for the club to promote this tournament and encourage any of our new members to consider joining me to represent our University in the competition. Places are going fast, so if your thinking about it act now or run the risk of missing out on this brilliant opportunity!
